FILLING MATERIAL STORAGE BODY
To provide a filling material storage body which fills a filling material efficiently between a projection and track slab raised from roadbed concrete and fills the filling material to have excellent adhesion between the projection and track slab.SOLUTION: A filling material storage body 10 for filling a filling material between a cylindrical-shaped projection 6 raised from roadbed concrete 1 and a track slab 3 comprises a first member 11 and a second member 12 which have a self-standing cylindrical curved surface part, and upper parts of the first member and the second member are coupled by an upper part coupling member 13 in which the upper part is extendable. The upper parts of the first member and the second member are relatively displaceable, and cylindrical curved parts 11a, 12a of the first member and the second member come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the projection and the cylindrical curved surface within a cutout part provided at the track slab without a large gap. Also, the first member and the second member have a first flange part 11b and a second flange part 12b projected from an upper edge of the cylindrical curved surface parts in the direction opposing to each other. The upper surface of the filling material with fluidity filled thereby is held and the upper surface is finished to be flat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】路盤コンクリートから立ち上げられた突起と軌道スラブとの間に填充材を効率よく充填するとともに、突起及び軌道スラブと良好な密着性を有するように填充材を充填する。【解決手段】路盤コンクリート1から立ち上げられた円柱形状の突起6と軌道スラブ3との間に填充材を充填するための填充材収容体10が、自立する円筒曲面部を有する第1部材11及び第2部材12を備え、上部が伸縮可能な上部連結部材13で連結されている。第1部材と第2部材の上部は相対的に変位が可能となり、それぞれの円筒曲面部11a,12aは突起の外周面及び軌道スラブに設けられた切欠部内の円筒曲面に大きな隙間なく当接される。また、第1部材及び第2部材は互いに対向する方向に、円筒曲面部の上縁から張り出した第1フランジ部11b及び第2フランジ部12bを有する。これにより充填された流動性を有する填充材の上面を押さえ、上面を平坦に仕上げる。【選択図】図2
