FOUNDATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a foundation structure that can prevent termites from entering the inside of a heat insulator and the foundation structure.SOLUTION: A foundation structure 10 has a continuous footing 11 having an upstanding section 13, a termite prevention sheet attached heat insulator 15, an untreated heat insulator 38, and a floor concrete 19. The continuous footing 11 has a rectangular plate-like main body to which a termite prevention sheet is attached, and a first protruding piece 42 and a second protruding piece 43 that are formed by extending from the termite prevention sheet attached to the main body. The termite prevention sheet attached heat insulator 15 is disposed so that one main surface of a pair of main surfaces of the main body abuts against an internal wall surface 17 of the upstanding section 13 of the continuous footing 11. The first protruding piece 42 of the termite prevention sheet attached heat insulator 15 is attached to the internal wall surface of the upstanding section 13 using a silicon-based adhesive 18. The second protruding piece 43 is attached to a top surface of the floor concrete 19. The first protruding piece 42 and the second protruding piece 43 prevent termites from entering the inside of the foundation structure 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】白蟻が断熱材及び基礎構造体の内部に侵入することを防止可能な基礎構造体を提供する。【解決手段】基礎構造体１０は、立上り１３を有する布基礎１１と、防蟻シート貼り断熱材１５と、無処理断熱材３８と、土間コンクリート１９とを備える。布基礎１１は、防蟻シートが貼着された矩形板状の本体と、該本体に貼着された防蟻シートから延出されて形成された第１突出片４２及び第２突出片４３と、を有する。防蟻シート貼り断熱材１５は、該本体の一対の主面のうちの一方の主面を布基礎１１の立上り１３の内壁面１７に当接させて配置されている。防蟻シート貼り断熱材１５の第１突出片４２は、立上り１３の内壁面にシリコン系接着剤１８を用いて貼り付けられている。第２突出片４３は、土間コンクリート１９の上面に貼り付けられている。第１突出片４２、第２突出片４３は、白蟻が基礎構造体１０の内部に侵入することを防止する。【選択図】図４
