To provide a housing production method and program that can easily change the layout of a residential space.SOLUTION: The housing production method is for a house in which a resident resides. The housing production method includes a preparation step. In the preparation step, the skeleton (for example, beam) that is the base of the house is designed. In the preparation step, the skeleton is prepared with a mounting portion for mounting an infill, so that it is possible for the resident to change the floor plan in the residential space by attaching the infill (for example, partition section) made of a structure to the attachment part (for example, wiring part) provided on the skeleton without destroying the skeleton according to the change of the resident's lifestyle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】住宅の空間のレイアウトを容易に変更することができる住宅生産方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】住宅生産方法は、居住者が居住する住宅の住宅生産方法である。住宅生産方法は、準備工程を含む。準備工程では、住宅のベースとなるスケルトン（例えば、梁）を設計する。準備工程では、居住者の生活態様の変化に応じて居住者がスケルトンを非破壊でスケルトンに設けられた取付部（例えば、配線ダクト）に対して構造物からなるインフィル（例えば、間仕切り部）を取り付けることで住宅の空間における間取りの変更を行うことが可能となるように、インフィルを取り付ける取付部をスケルトンに準備する。【選択図】図５
