To provide a quay wall structure which reduces a load burden on a support structure while suppressing an increase in a steel material amount.SOLUTION: A quay wall structure has an earth retaining wall having a bending resistance force against a back earth pressure, and a steel pipe sheet pile row including at least one steel pipe sheet pile which is arrayed in a direction crossing in a wall surface direction from both ends of at least a partial section in a wall surface direction of the earth retaining wall. The first steel pipe sheet pile positioned on the end on a side opposite to the earth retaining wall of the steel pipe sheet pile row functions as at least a part of a support pile structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
