HOT WATER/WATER MIXING DEVICE
To suppress the temperature of water supplied to a faucet from a mixing valve fluctuating with respect to the set temperature, irrespective of disturbance such as a sudden fluctuation of a water pressure taken into the mixing valve, by making the temperature change of the water supplied to the faucet from the mixing valve slow, in a hot water/water mixing device which supplies to the faucet by performing feedback control so that a water discharge temperature of the mixing valve becomes the set temperature.SOLUTION: A mixing valve 11 includes a temperature sensitive operation part (11e) which senses a water discharge temperature being independent of the control by a control part and changes the mixture ratio of hot water and cold water in the mixing valve 11, so that the water discharge temperature becomes a proper temperature with respect to the fluctuation of the water discharge temperature from the mixing valve 11, and includes a chamber 15 provided in a conduit 18 for delivering water to a faucet 21 and a shower 22 from the mixing valve 11, and for storing a predetermined amount of water that is delivered to the faucet 21 and the shower 22 from the mixing valve 11 and flowing it out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】混合弁の吐水温度を設定温度となるようにフィードバック制御して水栓に供給する湯水混合装置において、混合弁から水栓に供給される水の温度変化を緩やかにすることにより、混合弁に取り入れる水圧の急激な変動のような外乱に関わらず、混合弁から水栓に供給される水の温度が設定温度に対して変動するのを抑制する。【解決手段】混合弁11は、混合弁11からの吐水温度の変動に対して吐水温度が適正温度となるように、制御部による制御とは独立して吐水温度を感知して混合弁11における温水及び冷水の混合比を変化させる感温作動部(11e)を備え、混合弁11からカラン21及びシャワー22に水を送る管路18中に設けられ、混合弁11からカラン21及びシャワー22に送られる水を所定量貯めて流出させるチャンバー15を備える。【選択図】図1
