To provide a screw pile extraction tool and a screw pile extraction device capable of easily extracting even a screw pile firmly screwed into the land.SOLUTION: A head ring 11a of a screw pile 11 screwed into the land is disposed in the center of a lower end opening of a cylindrical casing 12, and a rotation input unit 18 is rotated by applying a pressing-down force to the cylindrical casing 12. Accordingly, via a drilling blade 16 and a screw blade 17 of the cylindrical casing 12, surrounding dirt is scooped up in a cylindrical shape over the entire length of the screw pile 11 by a screw pile extraction tool 13. Then, the screw pile 11 is extracted together with the surrounding dirt in which the screw pile 11 has been buried by lifting the screw pile extraction tool 13. 【課題】土地に堅固にねじ込まれた螺旋杭であっても、容易に抜取り可能な螺旋杭抜き具および螺旋杭抜き装置を提供する。【解決手段】地中にねじ込まれた螺旋杭１１の頭部リング１１ａを円筒ケーシング１２の下端開口の中心部に配して、円筒ケーシング１２に押し下げ力を作用しながら、回転入力部１８を回転する。こうして、円筒ケーシング１２の掘削刃１６と螺旋刃１７とを介して、螺旋杭１１の全長にわたってその周囲の土を螺旋杭抜き具１３により円筒状に切り取る。その後、この螺旋杭抜き具１３を引き上げることで、螺旋杭１１が埋設された周囲の土ごと螺旋杭１１が抜き取られる。その結果、土地に堅固にねじ込まれた螺旋杭１１でも、これを容易に撤去可能となる。【選択図】図３
