To form a guide rail 3 into an elongated shape by connecting a series of rail members 3A and 3B, each of which is formed by extrusion molding of a steel material to be a one-piece member, strong, and free from thermal deformation.SOLUTION: Under a state where the rail members 3A and 3B, each of which is a mold material as a one-piece member formed by extrusion molding of a steel material, are abutted in an end-to-end fashion, a flat connecting member 6 is applied to outer surfaces of groove bottom pieces 3a and first and second groove side pieces 3b and 3c of the abutted portions and the outer surfaces and the connecting member 6 are welded, which make it possible to establish a connection without having to weld the abutted portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ガイドレール3を、鋼材を押出し成形により形成した一体物で強度があって熱変形のないレール部材3A、3Bを一連状に連結して長尺状に形成する。【解決手段】鋼材を押出成形することで一体形成される型材からなるレール部材3A、3Bの端縁部同士を突き合せた状態で、該突き合わせ部位の溝底片部3a同士、第一、第二の溝側片部3b、3c同士の各外側面に平板状の連結材6を当てがい、該外側面と連結材6とを溶着することで、突き合せ部は溶着することなく連結できるようにする。【選択図】図6
