EXISTING PILE CUTTING AND REMOVING DEVICE
To provide an existing pile cutting and removing device capable of efficiently performing a series of works from an excavation work around an existing pile to a cutting and removing work of a pile, without changing a set-up during the works.SOLUTION: An existing pile cutting and removing device comprises: excavation blades 14 and 15 and a cutting mechanism 30 at a lower end portion of a casing 1; and a driving mechanism 19 at an upper end portion of the casing 1. In the cutting mechanism 30, inside the casing 1, an oscillation body 44 made of a plate material with a predetermined width which is formed into a substantially semicircular shape is disposed and both end portions thereof are pivotally supported at coaxial positions in a chord direction of the casing 1 so as to oscillate to move forward/backward in a direction toward a center of the casing 1, and at an edge portion at a front side in the oscillation direction of the oscillation body 44, a first bit 51 protruding forward from the edge portion and a second bit 52 extending in a width direction of the oscillation body 44 are provided, and the oscillation body 44 is driven by the driving mechanism 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設杭の周囲の掘削作業から、杭の切断、及び除去までの一連の作業を、作業途中での段取り替えを行うことなく、効率よく行える既設杭切断除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】ケーシング1の下端部に、掘削刃14,15と切断機構30を備えるとともに、該ケーシング1の上端部には駆動機構19が備えられた既設杭の切断除去装置において、上記切断機構30を、上記ケーシング1の内側に、所定幅の板材を略半円状に成形してなる揺動体44を配置し且つその両端部を上記ケーシング1の弦方向の同軸上位置に枢支して上記ケーシング1の中心方向へ揺動進退可能とする一方、該揺動体44の揺動方向前方側の縁部には該縁部から前方へ突出する第1ビット51と、該揺動体44の幅方向に延びる第2ビット52を設けるとともに、上記揺動体44を上記駆動機構19によって駆動するように構成する。【選択図】図1
