ROAD FACE EARTHQUAKE RESISTANCE REINFORCEMENT
To provide an earthquake resistance reinforcing method of a wooden building which can construct even an existing wooden building rarely having a clearance with a neighboring land, and can reinforce the building by being directly attached to the existing building without dismantling the existing wooden building, and can perform reinforcing construction inexpensively in a short construction period.SOLUTION: Earthquake resistance reinforcing receiving members are fixed to edge parts of both sides of an outer wall which faces a road of a building, a beam of a second-floor floor part, and a beam of a second-floor ceiling part; reinforcing columns formed of H-shaped steel are attached to the earthquake resistance reinforcing receiving members at the edge parts at both the sides; second-floor floor part horizontal materials and second-floor ceiling part horizontal materials formed of the H-shaped steel are attached to the earthquake resistance reinforcing receiving members of the beam of the second-floor part and the beam of the second-floor ceiling part; and the second-floor floor part horizontal materials and the second-floor ceiling part horizontal materials are fixed into a plurality of bolt holes which are formed at either of flanges of the reinforcing columns with bolts and nuts, thus providing an earthquake resistance reinforcing method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】隣地との隙間がほとんどない既存の木造建築物であっても施工が可能であり、かつ既存の木造建築物を解体することなく、既存の建物に直接取り付けて補強することが出来ると共に、安価で短い工期で補修工事が行える木造建築物の耐震補強工法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】 建物の道路に面する外壁の両側の縁部と2階床部の梁と2階天井部の梁に耐震補強受止め部材を固定し、前記両側の縁部の耐震補強受止め部材にH型鋼で成形した補強柱を取り付けると共に、前記2階床部の梁と2階天井部の梁の耐震補強受止め部材にH型鋼で成形した2階床部横架材と2階天井部横架材を取り付け、前記補強柱の一方のフランジに成形した複数のボルト用穴に2階床部横架材と2階天井部横架材をボルトとナットで固定した耐震補強工法を提供する。【選択図】図3
