To provide a room space unit and a residence structured to be suitable for a remote work.SOLUTION: In a room space unit 1 formed in a planar view rectangular view, an entrance/exit opening 6a for coming and going between a room space inside and a room space outside sandwiching a third wall 6 is provided at the third wall 6 side, a lighting 11 is provided at a first wall 4 side of a ceiling 3 and just above a desk 10, a wall radiation heater 12 set at a height from a floor 2 to the ceiling 3 and circulating a fluid in a high temperature or a low temperature into an inside tubing material and performing a thermal radiation from a surface is provided at a wall surface of a first wall 4, the desk 10 is provided along the first wall 4 via the wall radiation heater 12, and the inside tubing material at the wall radiation heater 12 is piped by different systems arranged on an upper side and a lower side across a top plate 10a of the desk 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構造的にテレワークに適した状態とされた部屋空間ユニット及び住宅を提供することである。【解決手段】平面視矩形状に形成された部屋空間ユニット１において、第三壁部６側に、部屋空間内側と第三壁部６を挟んだ部屋空間外側との間を行き来するための出入り用開口部６ａが設けられ、天井部３のうち第一壁部４側であって、かつデスク１０の直上に、照明１１が設けられており、第一壁部４の壁面に、床部２から天井部３までの高さに設定され、かつ、内部の管材に高温又は低温の流体を流通させて表面から熱放射する壁放射冷暖房装置１２が設けられ、デスク１０は、壁放射冷暖房装置１２を介して第一壁部４に沿って設けられており、壁放射冷暖房装置１２における内部の管材は、デスク１０の天板１０ａを境にして上側と下側に異なる系統で配管されている。【選択図】図１
