To provide a side wall water shielding structure in which deflection does not occur in a water shielding layer, and a side wall water shielding structure construction method.SOLUTION: A side wall water shielding structure 1 includes a water shielding layer 5 provided in a concrete side wall 2, and water shielding layer fixation means 6 for fixing the water shielding layer 5 to the side wall 2. The water shielding layer fixation means 6 includes: a flat bar 7 that pushes the water shielding layer 5 against the side wall 2; and an anchor 8 for fixing the flat bar 7 to the side wall 2. Each anchor 8 includes: a bolt portion 10 projecting from an embedded portion 9 embedded in the side wall 2 and passing through corresponding portions of the water shielding layer 5 and the flat bar 7; and a nut portion 11 screwed to the bolt portion 10. A water shielding means 15 that shields moisture coming in and out at a portion where the bolt portion 10 passes through the water shielding layer 5 is provided at a portion of the bolt portion 10 at the distal end side from the water shielding layer 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】遮水層に撓みが生じない側壁遮水構造及び側壁遮水構造構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】側壁遮水構造１は、コンクリートの側壁２に設けられた遮水層５と、遮水層５を側壁２に固定する遮水層固定手段６とを備える。遮水層固定手段６は、遮水層５を側壁２に押し付けるフラットバー７と、フラットバー７を側壁２に固定するアンカー８とを備える。各アンカー８は、側壁２に埋設された埋設部９から突出して遮水層５及びフラットバー７の対応部分を貫通するボルト部１０と、ボルト部１０に螺合するナット部１１とを備える。ボルト部１０の遮水層５よりも先端側には、ボルト部１０が遮水層５を貫通している部分での水分の出入りを遮断する遮水手段１５が設けられる。【選択図】図１
