SNOW-MELTING PIPE WASHING METHOD AND WASHING DEVICE
To provide high-pressure water washing technique that enables water scales to be washed in an eco-friendly, efficient and non-destructive manner, in maintenance of a water spray-type snow-melting pipe.SOLUTION: In a snow-melting pipe washing method of the present invention, a traction lead capable of being inserted in the through-hole of a sprinkler pipe is prepared (step S5). Then, the traction lead is sent from an end point L2 toward a start point L1 of a scheduled washing section L (step S6). In the vicinity of the start point L1, a wash pipe hose with a washing nozzle is installed in the tip of the traction lead, and is returned to the sprinkler pipe (step S7). The traction lead is pulled to a forward path direction from the start point L1 toward the end point L2, and the high-pressure water is injected from the washing nozzle toward an inner wall surface of the sprinkler pipe, while sending the wash pipe hose (step S8). Also, preferably, the high-pressure water may be injected while sending the wash pipe hose to the forward path direction and also to the return path direction (step S10), the high-pressure water may vertically be injected to the inner wall surface, or warm water may be used in the high-pressure water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】散水型の消雪パイプのメンテナンスにおいて、環境に優しく、非破壊的に、かつ、効率良く、水垢等を洗い落とすことが可能な高圧水洗浄技術を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の消雪パイプの洗浄方法では、散水管の貫通孔に挿通可能な牽引リードを用意する(工程S5)。そして、洗浄予定区間Lの終点L2から始点L1に向かって牽引リードを送管する(工程S6)。始点L1付近にて、牽引リードの先端に、洗浄ノズル付き洗管ホースを取り付けて散水管内に戻す(工程S7)。前記区間Lの始点L1から終点L2へ向かう往路方向へ牽引リードを牽引して洗管ホースを送管しながら、散水管の内壁面に向けて洗浄ノズルから高圧水を噴射する(工程S8)。また、往路方向のみならず復路方向にも洗管ホースを送管しながら高圧水を噴射すること(工程S10)、内壁面に対して垂直に高圧水を噴射すること、又は、高圧水に温水を利用することも好ましい。【選択図】図3
