DESIGN METHOD FOR OIL SHALE SLAG CONCRETE BLENDING RATIO
To provide a design method for an oil shale slag concrete blending ratio corrective, having satisfactory operability, and capable of realizing the building recycle utilization of oil shale slag.SOLUTION: A method for preparing concrete using oil shale slag as a coarse aggregate comprises a step (1) where the apparent density of various raw materials is measured, a step (2) where a water-cement ratio is calculated to decide a water quantity for a unit, an initial sand ratio, and an oil shale slag volume replacement ratio, a step (3) where a cement material using quantity and the using quantities of cement and silica powder are calculated to decide the mixing quantity of a water-reducing agent and a steel fiber, a step (4) where a sand ratio is adjusted based on the volume ratio of the steel fiber and a step (5) where the unit using quantities of sand, stone, oil shale slag, and preliminary wet water are calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】的確であり、操作性が良く、油頁岩スラグの建築資源化利用を実現できる、油頁岩スラグコンクリート配合比の設計方法を提供する。【解決手段】油頁岩スラグを粗骨材とし、コンクリートを調製する方法であって、(1)各種原材料の見かけ密度を測定するステップと、(2)水セメント比を算出し、単位用水量、初期砂率、油頁岩スラグ体積置換率を決定するステップと、(3)セメント材料単位使用量およびセメントとシリカ粉末の使用量を算出し、減水剤と鋼繊維との混合量を決定するステップと、(4)鋼繊維の体積率に基づいて砂率を調整するステップと、(5)砂、石、油頁岩スラグ、予備湿潤用水の単位使用量を算出するステップとを含む。【選択図】図1
