To provide a building exterior wall structure in which an exterior wall can be constructed by using an exterior wall unit and an eaves ceiling unit, the number of barrier points can be reduced, and the finding can be reduced.SOLUTION: The building exterior wall structure includes a lower floor wall unit 10, an eaves ceiling unit 30, and an upper floor wall unit 10. The wall unit 10 includes an upper frame 11, a lower frame 12, and left and right vertical frames. The eaves ceiling unit 30 includes eaves ceiling entering corner frames 31 and 32 arranged to face the upper frame 11, and eaves ceiling protruding corner frames 33 and 34 arranged to face the lower frame 12. The upper surface of the upper frame 11 is an inclined upper surface. The lower surface of the lower frame 12 is an inclined lower surface. The side surfaces of the eaves ceiling entering corner frames 31 and 32 are inclined entering corner surfaces.
