To provide a vibration suppression device which inhibits residual deformation and achieves simplification of the structure.SOLUTION: A vibration suppression device according to one embodiment includes: a base member 22 having an elongated hole 22b; a first member 30 having a pair of first plate parts 31 which are connected to the base member 22 in such as a way so as to be movable in an extension direction D3 of the elongated hole 22b and arranged along the extension direction D3; a second member 40 having a second plate part 41 which is disposed between the pair of first plate parts 31 and connected to the base member 22 in such a way so as to be movable in the extension direction D3.
