To provide an inspection device and an inspection program for an object detection sensor capable of saving labor for inspection.SOLUTION: An object detection sensor provided in a mechanical device including an operation unit and a control unit that controls an operation of the operation unit, the object detection sensor outputting a detection signal when an object is detected and outputting a non-detection signal when an object is not detected being an inspection target, and comprises counting means for counting the number of times the output of the object detection sensor changes between the detection signal and the non-detection signal during the period from when the state of the machine device changes from the first state to the second state by grasping the state of the machine device and inputting the output of the object detection sensor based on information for controlling the operation unit of the control unit, and determination means provided for determining whether the object detection sensor is normal or abnormal based on whether the counted number of times is even or odd.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 検査の省力化を図ることができる物体検知センサの検査装置及び検査プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】 動作部と動作部の動作を制御する制御部とを有する機械装置に備えられた物体検知センサであって、物体を検知しているときに検知信号を出力するとともに物体を検知していないときに非検知信号を出力する物体検知センサを検査対象とし、制御部の動作部を制御する情報に基づいて機械装置の状態を把握するとともに物体検知センサの出力を入力し、機械装置の状態が第１状態から第２状態へ変化したときまでの間に、物体検知センサの出力が検知信号と非検知信号との間で変化する回数を計数する計数手段と、この計数した回数が偶数または奇数であるかに基づいて物体検知センサが正常であるか異常であるかを判定する判定手段とを備えている。【選択図】 図３
