To cut off electric noise generated from electric apparatuses mounted on a vehicle body.SOLUTION: An electrically-driven hydraulic shovel 1 includes: a self-propelled lower travelling body 2 and an upper turning body 4; and a work device 6 provided at the upper turning body 4. The upper turning body 4 includes: a turning frame 7 in which the work device 6 is mounted on the front side; a driver seat 9 provided on the turning frame 7; an electric motor 12 provided at the turning frame 7 being separated to one side in the left-to-right direction from the driver seat 9; an inverter 15 electrically connected to the electric motor 12 via a strong electric cable 16, and for controlling a drive voltage supplied to the electric motor 12 from a battery 18; and a right rear external cover 21 provided at the turning frame 7, covering electric apparatuses including the electric motor 12 and the inverter 15. At the turning frame 7, a partition member 25 is provided surrounding the electric apparatuses together with the turning frame 7 and the right left external cover 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
