ANCHOR BOLT FIXING JIG
To provide an anchor bolt fixing jig that can improve the workability of anchor bolt fixing and can accurately adjust the protruding height of each anchor bolt.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt fixing jig 1 for fixing anchor bolts to an anchor plate at a predetermined height with nuts comprises: a cylindrical main body 10 to which a laser receiver is attached; a rotating member 20 provided inside the main body 10 so as to be movable along the main body 10; a bit portion 21 provided at an upper end portion of the rotating member 20; a socket portion 22 engaged with a nut fitted in an anchor bolt; a guide hole extending in an axial direction provided in the rotating member 20; an elevating member movable along the axial direction of the rotating member 20 inside the socket portion 22 and the rotating member 20, and having a lower end portion abutting on an upper end portion of the anchor bolt; and a guide pin integrally provided on the elevating member, penetrating the guide hole, extending to the outside of the rotating member 20, and abutting on a lower end portion of the main body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アンカーボルト固定の作業性を高めることができ、各アンカーボルトの突出高さを正確に調整することのできるアンカーボルト固定用治具を提供する。【解決手段】アンカープレートに、アンカーボルトを所定の高さにナットで固定するためのアンカーボルト固定用治具１において、レーザ受光器が取り付けられる筒状の本体１０と、本体１０の内部に設けられ本体１０に沿って移動自在とされた回転部材２０と、回転部材２０の上端部に設けられるビット部２１と、アンカーボルトに嵌められたナットに係合するソケット部２２と、回転部材２０に設けられた軸方向に延びるガイド孔と、ソケット部２２および回転部材２０の内部で回転部材２０の軸方向に沿って移動可能とされ、下端部がアンカーボルトの上端部に当接する昇降部材と、昇降部材に一体に設けられガイド孔を貫通して回転部材２０の外部に延びて本体１０の下端部に当接するガイドピンと、を備える。【選択図】図１
