To provide a spandrel portion of a curtain wall comprising a spandrel improving design property in a room and being hardly damaged.SOLUTION: A spandrel portion 70 of a curtain wall 7 in this invention comprises: a wall panel 72 of the curtain wall 7 which faces an outside of a building; a spandrel 1 which is a wall installed between the wall panel 72 and a floor 62 of the building so as to face the wall panel 72, whose height in a vertical direction is set to be equal to or more than a predetermined value, and which is constituted to have a prescribed fire resistant property; an upper side member which closes between an upper end side of the wall panel 72 and an upper end side of the spandrel 1 and being constituted to have the prescribed fire resistant property; and a lower side member which closes between a lower end side of the wall panel 72 and a lower end side of the spandrel 1 and being constituted to have the prescribed fire resistant property. The spandrel 1 is constituted of a wooden material with the prescribed fire resistant property.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】室内の意匠性向上を図れるとともに、損傷し難いスパンドレルを備えたカーテンウォールのスパンドレル部を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のカーテンウォール７のスパンドレル部７０は、建物の外部に面したカーテンウォール７の壁パネル７２と、当該壁パネル７２と対向するように当該壁パネル７２と建物の床６２との間に設置された壁であって、垂直方向の高さが所定値以上に設定されて所定の耐火性を有するように構成されたスパンドレル１と、壁パネル７２の上端側とスパンドレル１の上端側との間を塞ぐとともに所定の耐火性を有するように構成された上側部材と、壁パネル７２の下端側とスパンドレル１の下端側との間を塞ぐとともに所定の耐火性を有するように構成された下側部材と、を備えたカーテンウォールのスパンドレル部において、スパンドレル１が所定の耐火性を有した木材により構成されたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
