To provide a refractory raw material for spraying, for producing a monolithic refractory for wet spraying having improved durability, more concretely, heat-resistant spalling property while maintaining good workability.SOLUTION: A refractory raw material for spraying contains a refractory raw material as a main component, silica fume and calcined alumina as sub-components, and substantially contains no alumina cement. In the refractory raw material for spraying, the total content of silica fume and calcined alumina is 0.8-22 mass% based on 100 mass% of the refractory raw material for spraying, and the mass ratio of calcined alumina to silica fume is 0.4-2.5.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 良好な施工性を維持しながら、耐用性、より具体的には耐熱スポーリング性を向上させた湿式吹付け用不定形耐火物を可能にする吹付け用耐火原料を提供する。【解決手段】 吹付け用耐火原料は耐火原料を主成分として含み、シリカフュームと仮焼アルミナを副成分として含み、かつ、アルミナセメントを実質的に含まない吹付け用耐火原料であって、シリカフュームと仮焼アルミナの合計含有量は吹付け用耐火原料１００質量％に対し０．８〜２２質量％であり、シリカフュームに対する仮焼アルミナの質量比は０．４〜２．５である。【選択図】 なし
