To obtain a sheet body cutter capable of smoothly cutting a sheet body such as an artificial lawn installed on an installation surface.SOLUTION: A sheet body cutter that cuts a sheet body installed on an installation surface by using the driving force of a drive device such as a heavy machine comprises: an insertion plate that is inserted between the installation surface and the sheet body; a blade member including a vertical blade rising from the insertion plate; and a holding mechanism that holds the blade member in the drive device in a state where the cutting edge of the vertical blade is directed in the traveling direction of the drive device.
