JOINT STRUCTURE OF PRECAST CONCRETE SLAB MEMBER AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CONCRETE TABULAR STRUCTURE
To provide a joint structure allowing easy and accurate joint of precast concrete slab members structuring a wall body and a slab.SOLUTION: In a precast slab member, square grooves 31 are formed along the longitudinal direction at one side end in the width direction, joining reinforcements 13 fitted in such a way that anchoring plates 15 thereof are arranged in the square grooves 31, are arranged along the longitudinal direction with a prescribed interval, and at the other side end, square grooves 21 are formed along the longitudinal direction, and restraining metals 14 are fitted to the other ends of the joining reinforcements 13 so as to be arranged in the square grooves 21. The square grooves 31 and the square grooved 21 are facingly set in such a way that the precast slabs are butted with each other, and the anchoring plates 15 are contained in containing spaces 43 formed in the restraining metals 14. A grout material 60 is filled in the space partitioned by the square grooves 21, 31 and the containing space 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】 壁体、スラブ等を構成するプレキャストコンクリート版部材の接合が容易、正確に行える接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】 幅方向の一方の側端辺に、角溝31が長さ方向に沿って形成され、定着プレート15が角溝31内に配置されるように取り付けられた接合筋13が長さ方向に沿って所定の間隔をあけて配筋され、他方の側端辺に、角溝21が長さ方向に沿って形成され、拘束金物14が角溝21内に配置されるように前記接合筋13の他端に取り付けられたプレキャスト版部材であって、プレキャスト版同士が突き合わされ、定着プレート15が拘束金物14内に形成された収容空間43内に収容されるように角溝31と角溝21とが対向し、角溝21,31と収容空間43とで区画された空間内にグラウト材60が充填されたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図5
