To provide a building and a car delivery system to the building allowing a space to be used for various purposes without any additional construction and reform.SOLUTION: A building 10 is provided with: a building body 12 comprising a partition wall 18 erected facing a parking space P where a multipurpose vehicle 30 is parked; and an opening 20 formed in the partition wall 18 and placed to be opposed to a vehicle opening 2 of the multipurpose vehicle 30 in a state the multipurpose vehicle 30 is parked in the parking space P, which allows a personal passage between an inner space 14 of the building body 12 and a vehicle cabin 34 of the multipurpose vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】増築及びリフォームを伴うことなく、多目的に利用できる空間を得ることができる建物及び当該建物への配車システムを得る。【解決手段】建物10は、多目的車両30が駐車される駐車スペースPに面して立設された区画壁18を有する建物本体12と、区画壁18に形成されると共に、駐車スペースPに多目的車両30が駐車された状態で多目的車両30の車両開口部2と対向して配置され、建物本体12の室内空間14と多目的車両の車室34とを行き来可能とする開口部20と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
