To provide a temporary roofing material and a temporary roof structure that can prevent the occurrence of water pools due to deflection without increasing the number of drainage ports (drainage pipes).SOLUTION: A temporary roofing material 3 temporarily installed on an upper part of a roof of a building (area targeted for rain protection) has a first sheet portion 5 having a drainage hole forming region 52 in which a plurality of first drainage holes 51 is formed in the central portion, a second sheet portion 6 which is provided so as to overlap the lower side of the drainage hole forming region 52 and has a second drainage hole 61 in the central portion, and a drainage pipe 7 connected to the second drainage hole 61. The second sheet portion 6 is configured such that the edge portion is bonded to the first sheet portion 5 on the outside of the drainage hole forming region 52, and a hollow portion 31 can be formed between the central portion of the second sheet portion 6 and the drainage hole forming region 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
