To provide a driving device, a driving machine and a driving method capable of reducing the possibility of contamination around the driving device during the driving work of a driving object.SOLUTION: A driving device 2 comprises a hammer portion 21, which has a striking piston in a cylinder that can reciprocate in the axial direction using compressed air as a power source, a movable joint portion 23, which is inserted into the hammer portion 21 so as to move forward and backward, and a chuck portion 25 having a connecting portion with the movable joint portion 23 and a sandwiching portion capable of sandwiching the object to be driven. The movable joint portion 23 has a connecting shaft to be fitted and inserted into the cylinder and a connected portion provided at the tip of the connecting shaft. The connecting shaft is provided with a first ventilation path in which a first opening hole communicating with the outside of the cylinder and a second opening hole opened in the opposite direction are formed, and a second ventilation path in which a third opening hole communicating with the first ventilation path and a fourth opening hole communicating with the gap between the connecting shaft and the fitting insertion portion are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
