When the present invention is placed on the stairs to be processed, the present invention can automatically climb and descend each staircase to break ice and remove snow. 【課題】本発明は階段に適する砕氷及び除雪装置を開示した。【解決手段】氷集め箱及び前記氷集め箱の内部に設置された氷集め空間を含み、前記氷集め箱の左側には動力空間が設置され、前記動力空間の内部には上下にスライドできる移動板が設置され、前記移動板の下方と前記動力空間の底壁とがばねにより連結され、前記移動板の下端面には、前記動力空間の下側に延在する砕氷用きりが固定され、本発明を処理予定の階段に置くと、本発明は自動的に一つ一つの階段を登ったり降りたりして砕氷と除雪処理を行え、そして工業用塩を均等に撒くことができるため、氷が再び張ることを避け、また、筐体の方向を変えることによって上の方の階段に砕氷と除雪処理を直接に行え、砕氷及び除雪効果を大いに高める。【選択図】図１
