To provide a spray device for applying primer liquid on a wall surface of an expansion gap, and to provide a primer liquid application method using the device.SOLUTION: A spray device 10 comprises: a device body having an air supply part 21 supplying compressed air A, a primer liquid supply part 22 supplying primer liquid L and a blending part (confluence C) blending the compressed air A with the primer liquid L; a transport tube (a tip side of confluence C of a tube 30) having elasticity and connected to the device body; and a discharge part 40 provided to the tip of the transport tube.
