To provide a residence structure and an installation method of a residence structure which can suppress drastic living environment changes.SOLUTION: A residential unit 10 includes a main residential unit 11, a first sub-residential unit 12, and a second sub-residential unit 13. When the residential unit 10 is installed on a home site 30A, the main residential unit 11 and the first sub-residential unit 12, the main residential unit 11 and the second sub-residential unit 13 are connected to each other. When the residential unit 10 is relocated to a nursing care facility site 31D, disconnection is performed and only the main residential unit 11 is moved on a truck 32, and a facility wall 31A of the nursing care facility 31 having a hexagonal outer shape and the main residence wall 11A of the main residential unit 11 are connected. When the residential unit 10 is relocated to the home site 30A, disconnection from the facility wall 31A is performed, once again, only the main residential unit 11 is moved on the truck 32, and on the home site 30A, the first sub-residential unit 12 and the second sub-residential unit 13 are respectively connected to the main residential unit 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】生活環境の変化度合いを低く抑えることができる、居住用構造物及び居住用構造物の設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】居住用ユニット10は、主居住部11と、第1の副居住部12と、第2の副居住部13とを備える。自宅敷地30Aに居住用ユニット10が設置されているときには、主居住部11と第1の副居住部12、並びに主居住部11と第2の副居住部13とが互いに連結している。居住用ユニット10を介護施設敷地31Dへ移設する場合、連結を解除して主居住部11のみをトラック32の荷台に載せて移動させ、外形が六角形である介護施設31の施設壁31Aと主居住部11の主居住壁11Aを連結する。居住用ユニット10を自宅敷地30Aへ移設する場合、施設壁31Aとの連結を解除して再び主居住部11のみをトラック32の荷台に載せて移動させ、自宅敷地30Aにおいて第1の副居住部12及び第2の副居住部13それぞれと連結する。【選択図】図2
