FIXING TOOL OF PANEL AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF THE PANEL
To provide a fixing tool of a panel and an installation method of the panel capable of properly maintaining a pressing force of a spring part by torque management even if a screwing stroke of a bolt is changed.SOLUTION: A bolt 40 has a pointed part 43 at its tip, and the pointed part 43 is inserted into a locking part 21c formed in a spring part 21. A female screw member 30 positioned in a state where a female screw part 31a is slidable in a direction orthogonal to a screw shaft center is provided on the spring part 21 side of a through-hole formed in a flange or an auxiliary member 50. The female screw member 30 has a locking nut 31 having the female screw part 31a, and the pointed part 43 of the bolt 40 is projected to the spring part 21 side by screwing with the female screw part to adjust the elastic force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ボルトの螺合ストロークが変わっても、トルク管理によりばね部の押し付け力を適正に保つことの可能なパネルの固定具及び同パネルの設置方法を提供すること。【解決手段】ボルト４０は先端に尖り部４３を有し、ばね部２１に形成した係止部２１ｃに尖り部４３を挿入する。フランジまたは補助部材５０に形成された貫通孔のばね部２１側に雌ねじ部３１ａをねじ軸心との直交方向にスライド自在な状態で位置させる雌ねじ部材３０を設ける。雌ねじ部材３０は雌ねじ部３１ａを有する緩み止めナット３１を有し、雌ねじ部との螺合によりボルト４０の尖り部４３をばね部２１側に突き出して弾性力を調整可能とする。【選択図】 図５
