The building exterior structure is further provided with an opening arranged in a balcony floor, an escape ladder installed in the opening, and a panel part arranged at least on an outside part of the balcony facing to the escape ladder so as to penetrate upper and lower floors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
