WATERTIGHT MASTER-SLAVE DOOR UNIT
To provide a watertight master-slave door unit which is constituted to be relatively easily mounted, enables attachment elements (a mounting fitting and a fixing ring) of a master door to be attached to its wall with sufficient strength, and secures a sufficient sealing performance in spite of a comparatively simple constitution.SOLUTION: For the purpose of attaching a master door 4 having a slave door 5 to a wall part 1 to be openable and closable, the wall part 1 is sandwiched by a collar 22 of a mounting fitting 2 and a fixing ring 3 from a thickness direction, and an inner peripheral edge of the fixing ring 3 is connected to an outer peripheral surface of the mounting fitting 2, so that the mounting fitting 2 and the fixing ring 3 are fixed to the wall part 1. With sealing members 6, 7 sealing a fitting part between the mounting fitting 2 and a penetration hole 1a of the wall part 1, a seal ring 9 for the master door seals between an inner surface of the master door 4 and an outer surface of a protruded slender portion 24 of the mounting fitting 2, and a seal ring 10 for the slave door seals between an inner surface of the slave door 5 and an outer surface of a ring body 4C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】比較的簡易に施工可能な構成でありながら、壁に親扉の取付要素（取付金具および固定リング）を十分な強度で取り付け可能とするとともに、比較的簡素な構成でありながら十分な密封性能を確保する水密親子扉ユニットの提供。【解決手段】子扉５付きの親扉４を壁部１に開閉可能に取り付けるために、取付金具２の鍔２２と固定リング３とで壁部１を厚み方向から挟むようにするとともに、固定リング３の内周縁を取付金具２の外周面に接合することにより、取付金具２および固定リング３を壁部１に固定している。密封部材６，７によって取付金具２と壁部１の貫通孔１ａとの嵌め合い部分を密封したうえで、親扉用シールリング９によって親扉４の内面と取付金具２の突条部２４の外面との対向間を密封するともとに、子扉用シールリング１０によって子扉５の内面と環体４Ｃの外面との対向間を密封している。【選択図】図１
