To provide a low-cost water treatment device that can stably suppress a generation of hydrogen sulfide during a normal operation.SOLUTION: There is provided a water treatment device that dissolves oxygen-containing gas in a sewage supplied to a drain tank and discharges it as high-concentration oxygen-containing water from a discharge pipe, including: a mixing device that mixes oxygen-containing gas with sewage to make a fine bubble-containing liquid; a liquid supply device that supplies the sewage to the mixing device and the discharge pipe via a drain pipe; and a gas supply device that supplies the oxygen-containing gas to the mixing device, in which an arrangement of the mixing device satisfies the following arrangement 1 or arrangement 2. Arrangement 1: the mixing device is arranged between the drain pipe and the discharge pipe, and the fine bubble-containing liquid is discharged from the discharge pipe as the high-concentration oxygen-containing water. Arrangement 2: the mixing device is arranged in a return flow path branching from the drain pipe, and the fine bubble-containing liquid is returned to the drain tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
