To provide a printed decorative metal plate capable of reducing cost while improving corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: A printed decorative metal plate 1 provided with a metal plate 2 used while contacting a stainless member includes: the metal plate 2; and a chemical conversion treatment layer 3, a primer coat layer 4, a base coat layer 5, a pattern layer 6 and a topcoat layer 7 laminated on one side of the metal plate 2 in sequence, where a non-alloying molten zinc-plated steel plate is used as the metal plate 2. Even if the metal plate 2 included in the printed decorative metal plate 1 and the stainless member get wet, for example, with rain water while they contact each other to promote ionization of the metal plate 2, iron is almost not contained in a plated part of the non-alloying molten zinc-plated steel plate, so that the generation of red rust can be suppressed in the portion contacting the stainless member of the metal plate 2 included in the printed decorative metal plate 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐食性を向上させつつ、コストを低減可能なプリント化粧金属板を提供する。【解決手段】ステンレス製の部材と接した状態で用いられる金属板２を備えるプリント化粧金属板１であって、金属板２と、金属板２の一方の面上に順に積層された、化成処理層３、プライマーコート層４、ベースコート層５、絵柄層６、及びトップコート層７と、を有し、金属板２として、非合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板を用いるようにした。プリント化粧金属板１に含まれる金属板２とステンレス製の部材とが接触した状態で例えば雨水にあたり、金属板２のイオン化が助長されたとしても、非合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板のめっき部にはほぼ鉄が含まれない。そのため、プリント化粧金属板１に含まれる金属板２の、ステンレス製の部材と接する部分に赤錆が生じることを抑制することができる。【選択図】図１
