To provide a soil quality determination device, a soil quality determination method, and a soil quality determination program capable of determining the soil quality.SOLUTION: Four electrodes 11a to 11d are aligned in soil 1. A power supply unit 20 applies AC power to the electrodes 11a, 11d of the four electrodes 11a, 11d by changing frequency within a predetermined range. A current meter 21 measures a current value flowing between the electrodes 11a, 11d, when the AC power is applied from the power supply unit 20 by changing the frequency within the predetermined range. A potentiometer 22 measures a potential difference between the electrodes 11a, 11d, when the AC power is applied from the power supply unit 20 by changing the frequency within the predetermined range. A determination unit 30a determines the soil quality of the soil 1 based on measurement results of the current meter 21 and the potentiometer 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
