To provide a lever handle operation aid that does not require an operator to carry it around and can use a part other than the fingers to operate a lever handle of a hinged door.SOLUTION: A lever handle operation aid 1 is mounted on a lever handle 3 having a shaft 3a perpendicular to a door surface 2a of a hinged door and a pole-shaped lever part 3b extending parallel to the door surface 2a and facing a hanging base, and is used to rotate the lever handle 3 and to perform forward pull or backward push when an operator opens the hinged door. The lever handle operation aid has a feature of including a forearm operation part 4 having a counter-rotating end face 6 facing the opposite direction of rotation of the lever part 3b and capable of being operated by the forearm of the operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
