To provide a valet parking device which generates a division path such that the curvature radii of two circular arcs of the S-shaped curve becomes the minimum rotation radius of a vehicle or greater even when the division path has the S-shaped curve shape.SOLUTION: A valet parking device includes a processor which performs processing of generating a division path by connecting at least two nodes on the basis of a travel map. The processor, when a division path has the S-shaped curve shape made of two circular arcs and the curvature radius of at least one of the two circular arcs is less than the minimum rotation radius of the vehicle, performs processing of generating the division path to be the S-shaped curve in which the curvature radii of both of the two circular arcs become the minimum rotation radius or greater by shifting the starting end of the division path to the starting point side or shifting the terminal end of the division path to the destination point side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
