FIREPROOF SCREEN
To provide a fireproof screen that secures the strength to integrate multiple screens while improving the delivery of materials and ease of installation and reducing the time required, as well as reducing the variation in quality.SOLUTION: Main body screens 11-1 and 11-2 are connected in series and sub-screens 13 are provided on both sides for closing a gap. At lower ends of the main body screens 11-1 and 11-2, separated seat plates 12-1 and 12-2 are provided thereto correspondingly. Seat plate connecting portions 17 of the seat plates 12-1 and 12-2 are connected by a connecting cover 18 to form a single unit. The connecting cover 18 is provided in an area wider than a width of the sub-screen 13 and has a bending shape in its cross section to ensure strength when integrated. When obstacle detection means are installed in the seat plates 12-1 and 12-2, they can also be incorporated at the factory. Signal wires connecting the obstacle detection means are connected at the seat plate connecting portions 17 and are housed for the protection inside the connecting cover 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】資材の搬入及び施工性の向上及び時間の短縮を図りつつ、複数のスクリーンを一体化する強度を確保し、さらに品質のバラツキを低減した防火スクリーンを提供する。【解決手段】本体スクリーン１１−１，２を連設し、隙間を閉塞するため両側にサブスクリーン１３を設ける。本体スクリーン１１−１，２の下端には、それぞれに対応して分割された座板１２−１，２が設けられる。この座板１２−１，２の座板連結部１７を連結カバー１８により連結し、一体化する。この連結カバー１８をサブスクリーン１３の幅よりも広い範囲に設けるとともに、断面に折り曲げ形状を設け、一体化した際の強度を確保する。また、座板１２−１，２に障害物検知手段を設ける場合も、工場で組み込み可能で、この障害物検知手段を結ぶ信号線を座板連結部１７で結線して連結カバー１８の内部に収容し、保護する。【選択図】図１
