To provide a buffer material for slab tracks that satisfies long-term stable design span without deterioration such as an efflorescence phenomenon.SOLUTION: The aforementioned problem is solved by means of blending a mixture with a strong thermoplastic adhesive strength asphalt and fine aggregate using plastic as a binder with hard elastic plastic/rubber fragments to mold a flat quadrangular flat plate that does not allow water to pass through, which is used as a buffer material slab track. Since solid matter repels water, a buffer material for slab tracks is provided that is stable for a long period of time without efflorescence phenomenon. The buffer material is stuck to the slab after slab track production and curing so as to undergo the precast procedure, so that it can be laid in various ways in accordance with the on-site slab laying work, and the load of the buffer material laying work can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】白華現象のような劣化が起こらない長期間安定した設計スパンを満足させるスラブ軌道用緩衝材を提供する。【解決手段】熱可塑性の強接着力アスファルト＆プラスチックをバインダーとする細骨材との合材、この合材に硬質弾性プラスチック・ゴムの破片等を加え、扁平四角形の水が透水できない平板に成形し、スラブ式軌道用緩衝材に使用することで上記課題解決の手段とした。固形物は水を撥水するので、白華現象の起こらない長期間安定するスラブ軌道用緩衝材とすることを提供する。この緩衝材はスラブ軌道製作養生後にスラブに貼り付けてプレキャスト化することで、現場でのスラブ敷設工事に合わせて多様に敷設施工することと、緩衝材敷設工事負荷の軽易が可能である。【選択図】図１
