To provide a sheet holder and a partition capable of freely adjusting the size according to an installation place.SOLUTION: In a sheet holder, a first mullion 2 and a second mullion 3 which are erected on an installation target surface of an installation target for stretching a resin sheet 4, are installed to face each other, and hold both ends of the resin sheet 4 respectively; the first mullion 2 has a first body part 21 and a first sheet holding part for holding one side end of the resin sheet 4, and the second mullion 3 has a second body part 31 and a second sheet holding part for holding the other side end of the resin sheet 4; and at least one of the first sheet holding part and the second sheet holding part is provided with energizing means (a spring member) for energizing the resin sheet 4 toward the outside in the facing direction of the first mullion 2 and the second mullion 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
