To provide a panel device and a spatial structure body that can reduce the number of components and improve assembly efficiency.SOLUTION: A panel device according to one aspect of the present invention includes: end panels 20A, 20B lined up in an X direction; and a first center panel 21A arranged along a Y direction from a boundary between the end panels 20A, 20B. Engaging recess parts 53 opened in a vertical direction are formed on the end panels 20A, 20B. On the first center panel 21A are provided a first engaging convex part 70 engaged with the engaging recess part 53 of the first end panel 20A and a second engaging convex part 71 engaged with the engaging recess part 53 of the second end panel 20B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
