To provide a bucket device and a work machine provided therewith allowing maintainability to be improved.SOLUTION: A bucket device 13 is provided with: a first bucket 20; a second bucket 30 attached on the first bucket 20 so as to be rotatable around a rotary shaft 32; a plurality of first long teeth 41 fixed on the first bucket 20 and aligned in an axial direction; and a plurality of second long teeth 51 fixed on the second bucket 30 and aligned in the axial direction. A crushing space Sa whose upper end is closed is formed between a tip part of each of the first long teeth 41 and a tip part of each of the second long teeth 51, being viewed from the axial direction when the second bucket 30 is located at a middle position between an open position and a close position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】メンテナンス性を向上可能なバケット装置及びそれを備える作業機械を提供する。【解決手段】バケット装置１３は、第１バケット２０と、回動軸３２を中心として回動可能に第１バケット２０に取り付けられた第２バケット３０と、第１バケット２０に固定され、軸方向に並べられた複数の第１長歯４１と、第２バケット３０に固定され、軸方向に並べられた複数の第２長歯５１とを備える。第２バケット３０が開位置と閉位置との間の中途位置に位置する場合に軸方向から見たとき、各第１長歯４１の先端部と各第２長歯５１の先端部との間に、上端が閉じられた破砕空間Ｓａが形成される。【選択図】図４
