To provide a guard rail that prevents damage and collapse even when sediment, driftwood, and other drift are washed away from the upstream when a river is flooded.SOLUTION: A tiltable fence comprises: a plurality of posts erected on a ground at appropriate intervals; and panel material passed and attached between the plurality of posts. The posts include: a base member installed on the ground; and a post body attached to the base member. The post body is flexibly bent with respect to the base member at a connection point with the base member, and is freely variable between an upright position extending substantially vertically upward from the base member and an inclined position substantially tilted in the horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】河川の増水時に上流から土砂や流木、がれきその他の漂流物が流されてくる場合でも破損や倒壊しないようにした防護柵を提供すること。【解決手段】適宜間隔を空けて地上に立設した複数の支柱と、当該複数の支柱間に差し渡されて取り付けられたパネル材とからなり、前記支柱は地上に設置されるベース部材と該ベース部材に取り付けられた支柱本体とを備え、前記支柱本体は、前記ベース部材との接続箇所においてベース部材に対して屈曲自在となされ、ベース部材から略鉛直上方に伸びる立設位置と、略水平方向に傾倒した傾倒位置とに可変自在となされているようにした。【選択図】 図２
