QUICKSAND AMOUNT MEASURING INSTRUMENT AND WATER INTAKE CONTROL DEVICE FOR HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT
To provide a quicksand amount measuring instrument which is versatile and can measure quicksand amount in any river, and a water intake control device for a hydroelectric power plant.SOLUTION: A quicksand amount measuring instrument 10 comprises: an accelerometer 20 that outputs a detection signal indicating the magnitude of impact of quicksand; and a database that holds a plurality of combinations in which an integral value of acceleration per unit time and an amount of quicksand per unit time are associated with each other every time when a mixing ratio of the size of quicksand is different. The quicksand amount measuring instrument 10 further comprises: a first calculation unit 33 that calculates a time integral value of an area surrounded by an envelope connecting the waveforms in which the detection signals are converted into absolute values and a predetermined time frame; a second calculation unit 34 that calculates the integral value of acceleration per unit time based on the time integral value; and a search unit 35 that obtains the amount of quicksand per unit time from the database based on an input of the mixing ratio of the size of quicksand and the integral value of the acceleration per unit time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】汎用性があり、いずれの河川においても、流砂量の検出を可能とした流砂量計測器及び水力発電所の取水制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】流砂量計測器10は、流砂との衝撃の大きさを表す検出信号を出力する加速度計20と、流砂の大きさの混合割合が異なる毎に、単位時間当たり加速度の積分値と、単位時間当たり流砂量とが関連付けされた組合せを、複数個有しているデータベースを有する。流砂量計測器10は、検出信号を絶対値化した波形を結ぶ包絡線と、所定時間枠とで囲まれた領域の時間積分値を演算する第1演算部33と、時間積分値に基づいて単位時間当たりの加速度の積分値を演算する第2演算部34を備える。流砂量計測器10は、入力された流砂の大きさ混合割合及び単位時間当たりの加速度の積分値に基づいて、データベースから、単位時間当たり流砂量を求める探索部35を備える。【選択図】図1
