To provide a method of reducing the brightness of concrete or a secondary product of mortar, capable of efficiently reducing the brightness of concrete or a secondary product of mortar, and a method of producing concrete or a secondary product of mortar.SOLUTION: The method of reducing the brightness of concrete or a secondary product of mortar according to the present invention, comprises steps of placing concrete or a mortar material containing fly ash in a mold, releasing the same from the mold, and exposing concrete or a mortar material containing fly ash under an environment of a low temperature and a high humidity.SELECTED DRAWING: None
