To provide an equipotential bonding metal fitting which can be used when reinforcements or a reinforcement and a steel frame are connected via a lead wire.SOLUTION: Metal nipping tools 1,2 are provided with reinforcement fitting concave parts 15, 18 and overhanging plate parts 5, 17, with one overhanging plate part 5 being provided with a penetration screw hole and the other overhanging plate part 17 with a penetration hole through which a reinforcement fastening bolt 27 to be screwed into the penetration screw hole is passed. A spacer 21 comprises: a seat plate part 22 in contact with a bottom face of one overhanging plate part 5; a bolt insertion hole provided in the seat plate part 22; rotation-stop folding plate part 24 which is continuous from the seat plate part 22 and is adjacent to a side of the one overhanging plate part 5; and left and right plate parts 25a continuous from the seat plate part 22. The left and right plate parts have a supporting face 26 for receiving an end edge 17a of the other expanded plate part. With the spacer 21 being removed, the end edge 17a of the other overhanging plate part is directly received by the one overhanging plate part 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
