CUTTING AND REMOVING METHOD OF ELEVATED ROAD WALL BALUSTRADE AND INSTALLATION STAND OF DIAMOND WIRE DRIVING DEVICE

To reduce road area to be occupied by machines to be used and improve cutting efficiency to shorten the time to close the road in cutting and removing work by diamond wire saw of elevated road concrete wall balustrades in which dry method is used to suppress noise.SOLUTION: A diamond wire saw drive device 9 is installed on an installation stand 5 suspended by using a wall balustrade 1 on the outside of the wall balustrade 1 outside a cutting and removing zone, a through hole 2 is formed at the start and end points of the cutting zone of the wall balustrade 1, a diamond wire saw 3 is passed through the through hole 2 and routed to the diamond wire saw drive device 9 to cut horizontally the wall balustrade 1 and vertically cut the wall balustrade 1 at the start and end points and remove them. By using freely retractable wheels provided on the installation stand 5 for movement to the next cutting zone and by repeating the same process, the wall balustrades are efficiently removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】乾式工法で騒音を抑制して高架道路のコンクリート製の壁高欄のダイヤモンドワイヤソーによる切断撤去工事において、使用する機器が占有する道路の面積を小さくすると共に切断効率をあげて通行止めにする期間を短くする。【解決手段】切断撤去区画外の壁高欄１の外側に壁高欄１利用して吊るした設置台５にダイヤモンドワイヤソー駆動装置９を設置し、壁高欄１の切断区間の始点及び終点に貫通穴２を形成し、貫通穴２にダイヤモンドワイヤソー３を通してダイヤモンドワイヤソー駆動装置９まで引き回して壁高欄１を水平切断し、始点と終点において壁高欄１を鉛直切断して撤去する。設置台５に設けた出没自在な車輪を利用して次の切断区間に移動させ、同様な工程を繰り返すことによって壁高欄を効率よく撤去する。【選択図】図１
