JOINT STRUCTURE FOR FOLDED-PLATE ROOF BOARD
PURPOSE: To provide a joint structure for a folded-plate roof board that achieves excellent waterproofness against infiltration of rain water for a seam joint folded-plate roof and allows its installation to be easily carried out.CONSTITUTION: A joint structure at an upstream side and a downstream side for a folded-plate roof board is provided with a strip-type shallow concave part 2 expanding downward and extending in the longitudinal direction at an upstream side in the longitudinal direction of a folded-plate roof board A1 positioned at a downstream side; a bottom surface part 11 and a roof board support surface part 2B formed parallelly to both of side surface parts 12 at the upstream side end of the strip-type shallow concave part 2: and a lower seam part 14 having a lower connection area J1 provided with a cut-off part 14c of which the upper part is cut-off. A folded-plate roof board A2 positioned at the upstream side comprises an upper connection area J2 on which a bent piece 16 tilting downward is formed at end parts of the bottom surface part 11 and both of the side surface parts 12 at the downstream side in the longitudinal direction. The lower connection area J1 of the folded-plate roof board A1 positioned at the downstream side and the upper connection area J2 of the folded-plate roof board A2 positioned at the upstream side are overlapped, and a clearance is provided between a downstream side end of the strip-type shallow concave part 2 and the bent piece 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】馳締折板屋根において雨水の浸入に対する防水性を極めて優れたもとし且つ簡単に施工できる折板屋根板の継手構造とする。【構成】折板屋根板における水上側と水下側における継手構造であって、水下側に位置する折板屋根板A1の長手方向水上側には下方に膨出し且つ長手方向に拡張する帯状浅凹部2が設けられ、帯状浅凹部2の水上側端には底面部11及び両側面部12と平行となる屋根板支持面部2Bが形成されると共に下馳部14は上方部分が切除された切除部14cが設けられた下接続領域部J1を有する。水上側に位置する折板屋根板A2は、長手方向水下側で且つ底面部11と両側面部12の端部には下方に傾斜する折曲片16が形成された上接続領域部J2を有すること。水下側に位置する折板屋根板A1の下接続領域部J1と、水上側に位置する折板屋根板A2の上接続領域部J2が重合され、帯状浅凹部2の水下側端と、折曲片16との間に隙間kが設けられる。【選択図】 図1
