To solve a problem in which: road management ledgers and plot line supplementary maps are in many cases not properly maintained; checking plot lines in the field requires a lot of labor, making the management of plot lines very complicated; if the plot lines are inadequate, such as fading, hazing, or disappearing, the road manager may be held liable for defects; and such problems can occur not only with plot lines, but also with road markings such as crosswalks and stop lines.SOLUTION: A program allows a computer to perform a process of identifying a position where a predetermined change in speed occurred based on an actual driving record in which a driving position and speed of a vehicle at each driving date and time are associated with each other. The program allows the computer to perform a process of notifying a first administrator of the location where the predetermined change in speed occurred as a location where the road markings should be checked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】道路管理台帳や区画線附図などが適切にメンテナンスされていないことが多く、また、現場での区画線確認も多くの労力を要するため、区画線の管理が非常に煩雑になっている。また、区画線が薄くなる、かすれる、消えてしまうなどといった不備があると、道路管理者としての瑕疵責任を問われかねない。また、このような問題は、区画線のみならず、横断歩道や停止線などの道路標示に対しても発生し得る。【解決手段】プログラムは、コンピュータに、走行日時ごとの車両の走行位置と速度とを関連付けた走行実績に基づいて、所定の速度変化が発生した位置を特定する処理を実行させる。プログラムは、コンピュータに、所定の速度変化が発生した位置を、路面標示を確認すべき位置として、第１の管理者に通知する処理を実行させる。【選択図】図１２
