To provide a one-story wooden house which enhances a degree of freedom of a layout change, and facilitates the layout change.SOLUTION: A one-story wooden house 1 includes: outer walls 10 arranged on an outer peripheral part of a floor 40; a core 20 arranged at the center of the floor; and roof surfaces 30 supported by the outer walls and the core, in which a dwelling space is formed by partitioning a space other than the core of the floor with partition walls 41. The wooden house has one story, thereby a load from the roof surfaces is supported by only the outer walls and the core, and a sufficiently wide space can be secured around the core. Since the partition walls are not members for sharing a bearing force as a part of a structure, a layout can be easily and freely changed in reform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】間取り変更の自由度を高め、且つ間取り変更を容易に行うことができる平屋建て木造住宅を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の平屋建て木造住宅1は、フロア40の外周部に配置される外壁10と、フロアの中央に配置されるコア20と、外壁及びコアに支持される屋根面30とを備えており、フロアのコア以外の空間を間仕切り壁41で区画することで居住スペースとする。木造住宅を平屋建てにしたことで屋根面からの荷重を外壁及びコアのみで支持し、且つコアの周囲に充分な広さの空間を確保することが可能になった。間仕切り壁は構造体の一部として耐力を分担する部材ではないため、リフォーム時に間取りを容易且つ自在に変更することができる。【選択図】図1
