STERILIZATION METHOD BY INORGANIC METAL STERILIZER AND STERILIZATION COATING MATERIAL
To provide a harmful bacteria sterilization and prevention method which maintains a sterilization effect over a long period, suppresses attachment and breeding of harmful bacterial and microorganisms, prevents food poisoning and infection diseases, when an inorganic metal sterilizer is added to and blended with a building material such as concrete and a resin, and does not affect human bodies and environments, effectively uses an industrial byproduct generated after refining of copper, and is inexpensive.SOLUTION: There are provided a sterilization method which mixes at least copper slag fine powder and titanium oxide fine powder, and adds and mixes an inorganic metal sterilizer to and with a building material such as concrete and a plastic resin; a sterilization method which coats an inorganic metal sterilizer obtained by dispersing a fluorine resin, copper slag fine powder, titanium oxide fine powder and steel slag fine powder in water onto a surface of a concrete structure and cures the sterilizer; and a sterilization method which disperses an inorganic metal sterilizer in an aqueous solution, and sprays the added and blended inorganic metal sterilizer aqueous solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】無機金属殺菌剤をコンクリート等の建材や樹脂に添加配合した時に、長期にわたり殺菌効果が持続し、有害細菌や微生物の付着繁殖を抑制して、食中毒や感染症を防止し、然も、人体や環境に影響がなく、銅の精錬後に発生する産業副産物を有効利用する、安価な無機金属殺菌剤で有害細菌類の殺菌及び防止方法を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも銅スラグ微粉末と酸化チタン微粉末を混合し、無機金属殺菌剤をコンクリートや建材やプラスチック樹脂等に添加配合して硬化させる殺菌方法及びフッ素樹脂と銅スラグ微粉末及び酸化チタン微粉末と鉄鋼スラグ微粉末を水に分散させたことを特徴とする無機金属殺菌剤を、コンクリート構造物表面に塗装して硬化させる殺菌方法、並びに水溶液に無機金属殺菌剤を分散させ、添加配合した無機金属殺菌剤水溶液の噴霧による殺菌方法。【選択図】なし
